Sugar Cookies

1 lb. butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Cream softened butter and sugar, add eggs mix well. Combine other ingredients and chill. Roll out and cut Bake at 375 degrees for ten minutes.
