Breadsticks (easy)

2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. malted milk
1 Tbsp. honey
4 ½ - 5 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix water, yeast, milk and honey and set aside. Then add to flour and salt and mix well. Set aside and let rise for 20 – 30 minutes. Melt margarine. Pinch off a piece of dough and roll into a stick. Roll in margarine and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle sticks with parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, garlic. Let rise for about 10 – 15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
