Banana Nut Bread

¾ cup butter
3 cups sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
5 bananas
½ tsp. salt
5 ¼ tsp. salt
5 ¼ cups flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Freeze bananas as they get ripe. Defrost in microwave and squirt out the end. Mix ingredients well. Can add nuts, if so add ¼ cup more flour. Grease pans and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Tastes better the next day.
