Spinach Craisin Salad

Bunch of Spinach
½ cup chopped red onion
8 oz pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ - 1 cup slivered almonds of pecans
1 ½ cup craisins
Dressing
1 cup oil
¾ cup sugar
½ cup red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
The dressing will do at least a double batch. Toss the salad and then pour on the dressing right before serving.
