Cheddar Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick
¾ cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. dried parsley flakes, crushed fine
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine bisquick, buttermilk, and cheese. Mix by hand until well combined. Divide dough into 12 equal portions and spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers. Bake for 18-20 min. or until browned. In a small bowl combine butter, and garlic powder. Brush over each biscuit when done baking.
