Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups pecans, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped

Reserving 1 cup of chopped pecans, mix together remaining ingredients. Form into 2 medium size or 1 large ball. Roll in reserved pecans to coat well. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill well. Serve with snack crackers or to stuff celery.
