Christmas Salad

2 pkg. red Jell-O
3 cups boiling water

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapple

1 small pkg. cream cheese (cream with a little cream)
1 cup cream, whipped

2 pkg. green Jell-O
Few drops green food coloring
3 cups boiling water

Dissolve red Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water and set until firm. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple; set until mushy. Add cream cheese and whipped cream to lemon mixture; spread on red Jell-O and set until firm. Dissolve green Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water. Cool and pour on lemon mixture. Set until firm.
