Cheese Fondue

¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. ground mustard
¼ tsp. worchestire sauce
1 ½ cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded.

Melt butter in saucepan and add flour. Stir. Add spices and worchestire sauce and mix well. Add milk. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve from fondue pot or saucepan. Serve with bread cubes or boiled potatoes.
