All Kinds of Meatballs
Matt Hyde’s favorite

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ham- grind up in food processor
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Form balls about the size of a walnut. Drop in bubbly sauce and cook slowly for 1 – 2 hours. Watch closely so they don’t burn. Keep warm in crock pot.

Sauce:
3 cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups vinegar
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ cups water

Cook sauce until bubbly before adding meatballs.
